Media accreditation procedures and deadlines
Wysoka Grzęda Baja Poland is a round of the FIA World Cup for Cross Country Bajas. Organisers follow the media & accreditation guidelines set out by FIA and Polish ASN (PZM).
1. Media representatives apply for accreditation using online accreditation form: LINK. Upon completing the application, you confirm that you have become acquainted with the rules and resolve to comply with the them.
2. Incomplete requests may not be taken into consideration.
3. The deadline for accreditation requests is 28th of August 2020.
4. The accreditation is only provided to the media who intend to report on Wysoka Grzęda Baja Poland and they are on sale or broadcast to the public.
5. Media accreditation is restricted to professional journalists, photographers and camera men.
6. Journalists who intend to use drones (unmanned aerial vehicle), no matter the size or type of drone, need to hold valid drone operator licence and valid third party/public liability insurance which covers any damage made by the operator or/and his drone. Moreover, drone operators are requested to obtain any necessary permission to use a drone over selected area.
7. Handing over of the received media tabard or media pass to another person is strictly prohibited.
8. The accreditation is considered as a working tool and it cannot be used for public relations, promotions or entertainment purposes. No advertising, public relation agency or similar company or organization will be accredited as media. Nor will the rally issue any media accreditation to representatives (press officers or otherwise) of sponsors, suppliers, teams, drivers etc.
9. No more than two representatives of any media will be accredited including only one photographer’s accreditation.
10. Accredited media representatives must be at least 18-year old.
11. The decision regarding an accreditation (yes or no) will be send to media representatives by e-mail.
12. Requesting for an accreditation does not mean that it will be provided. The organiser reserves a sole right to distribute media tabards (priority) to selected media representatives.
13. Freelance photographers and journalists may be accredited if giving the evidence of relevant articles and photographs which were published. Examples of articles and photographs can be sent as scanned files by email to media@bajapoland.eu.
14. The representative(s) must produce the signed Accreditation Agreement which is emailed with the confirmation when collecting the credential at the first event. NO ACCREDITATION CAN BE COLLECTED WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT.
15. Media tabard will only be issued following payment of an additional deposit of 100 zł or 25 euro, refundable upon return of the tabard to media centre.
16. Accredited media representatives must use a full name of an event – Wysoka Grzęda Baja Poland.
17. Accredited media representatives must follow instructions from event marshals, officials, police or rescue services.
18. Accredited media representatives must follow every necessary safety rule during Wysoka Grzęda Baja Poland in order to ensure their work is done in safe manner.
19. The organiser retains the right to annul the issued accreditation due to the breach of the media accreditation rules or the media safety rules.
20. Media accreditation holders must wear their Media Pass and Tabard at all times during an event, ensuring that they are always clearly visible.
21. Accredited media representatives are highly recommended to have a valid life and personal risks insurance (including motorsport risks) and third party/public liability insurance.
