Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of sending you the Baja Poland newsletter, as well as for direct marketing related to the activities of Baja Poland. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e., the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator resulting from the lack of refusal to receive the newsletter, as well as subscription to the newsletter, and direct marketing).
Additionally, data such as the IP address of the device you use to access the website is also processed through the website to collect statistical data about users. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the personal data administrator, aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the website).

However, in each case, your personal data will not be processed longer than until you exercise your rights resulting in the cessation or limitation of data processing, particularly until you object to the processing of data.
In the case of processing personal data based on your consent, all consents given for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to request from the data administrator access to your data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
